By the end of the session the delegate will have an appreciation of how we follow the GDC standards and also the Complaints Handling from NHS England
Aims:
To better appreciate the GDC Standards and how we apply them day to day in practice including a focus on Principle 5 – Complaints Handling
Objectives:
Look at the 9 principles from the GDC and apply them in practice
Appreciate how early intervention with complaints handling can help us ward off complaints and better learn from them
Discuss consent and confidentiality to better comply
Comply with the Data Protection Regulations
